Jx2 Roping presented another team roping event on August 12-14, 2016 at Tunica Arena & Expo Center. The Heat Is On is certainly an appropriate name for an August event in the mid-south. Fortunately, the Tunica Arena is air-conditioned, so fast-paced action is far more comfortable for the horses, steers, and riders. The 3-day team roping event offered 10 Cactus saddles, 12 knives, 20 trophy buckles, 2 breast collars and lots of cash prizes.
