Opening Meets are always exciting days, with much pageantry, tradition, and formality. But the 2012 Opening Meet of the Hillsboro Hounds was exceptional – particularly for MFH Henry and Alice Hooker. Their granddaughter Eileen Campbell accepted a marriage proposal from Chris Hart – right there at the Opening Meet! Not only were the hounds blessed, but the newly engaged couple received congratulations and blessings from those present, as well! Here’s the story in pictures.
