Rodeo of the Mid-South was back in Southaven, Mississippi at the Landers Center on Saturday January 18, 2020. Events included Bareback riding, Steer wrestling, Team roping, Saddle Bronc, Tie Down roping, Barrel racing, and Bull riding. Stock contractorwas Harper & Morgan Rodeo Co. Bullfighters wereCody Emerson, Knox Dunn, and Cade Parks, with rodeo clown Lecile Harris. Trick rider Dusty Crain provided entertainment at intermission.
Royalty graced the venue, with Mid-South Rodeo Queen 2020 and Spirit of the Mid-South winner Reagan Caen from Columbia, TN; Teen Mid-South Rodeo 2020 Aleá Munoz of Millington, TN; Jr. Miss Mid-South Rodeo 2020 Rylee Lemley of Jonesboro, AR; and Mid-South Rodeo Princess 2020 and horsemanship winner Adalyn Newton from Dresden, TN

Rodeo clown Lecile Harris is a Class of 2020 inductee into the Bull Riding Hall of Fame in the “Legends” category. He will be formally inducted into the Bull Riding Hall of Fame on Saturday, May 16 at the Fort Worth Stockyards.
Photographer Jerry Pillsburyis a “hobbyist” photographer who mainly shoots sport events, but now also photographs weddings and proms. He was at the rodeo “for the fun of it,” he said, mainly to photograph the rodeo royalty. He shoots with a Canon 7D Mark II.
