McNairy County 4-H News Horse Project Group By Julie Harstin The McNairy County 4-H Horse Project Group enjoyed an afternoon of horseback riding at RJ Ranch near Selmer, TN this summer. At this, their last event of the 2008-09 school year, they learned about horse safety and how to bridle a horse. RJ Ranch, owned by Judy Presley, offers riding lessons for adults and children and horse training and boarding. Judy can be reached at (731) 632-9596. The 4-H Horse Project Group, led by Volunteer Leader Hilda Ashe, kicked off the new school year on Tuesday, October 27 at the McNairy County Extension (4-H) office.
