Going To A Wedding In LaGrange, Tennessee Jimmy Massengill (right) and his son David were all decked out in their 1953 carriage last month for a wedding in LaGrange, Tennessee. The carriage was pulled by OLD STORMY a nine year-old Tennessee Walking Horse. The Massengills are located in Middleton, Tennessee and take their carriage to 10 or 15 Christmas parades each year as well as making frequent weddings during the spring and summer months. David is in charge of breaking their horses to pull the carriage They have two additional Tennessee Walkers that can pull a wagon. Jimmy related that an older brother to this horse won a ribbon at every horse show he was entered in, and 17 of those 43 ribbons were blue.
