At the Gould Arena in Moscow, Tenn., Sonny Gould hosted a roping event on January 10, 2021.
Phillips Cattle Co. provided the stock for Sunday’s Team Roping event. Books opened at 12 noon, with roping starting at 1pm. Ropings were Pick 1 Draw 2, or Draw 3 for $90. Jackets were awarded to the Average Winners in both Ropings: #12 slide and #10w/ #8 inc. Photographers Gary and Carol Cox stopped by the Gould Arena on Sunday and photographed some of the action.
On Saturday, January 9, 2021, Gould Ropin Horses hosted a Cow Horse Show that included five events that a typical ranch horse would perform: Fencing, Calf Doctoring, Herding, Range Sorting, and Team Sorting. There were four divisions: Open, Novice, Youth, and Peewee.
