The Arkansas Dressage Society hosts a Musical Freestyle Seminar and Ride-A-Test Clinic with Joan Darnell on January 26-27, 2019. Saturday’s seminar will be at The Bookstore at Library Square in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. Diamond TR Ranch in Perryville, AR will host the Ride-A-Test Clinic on Sunday.
Costs are:
Freestyle Seminar auditors: $50/ person
USDF L Judge Seminar Participants: $75/ person
Ride-A-Test Clinic: $90/ ride
Ride-A-Test Clinic auditors: Free
Joan Darnel is a USEF ‘S’ Dressage Judge, an L Program faculty member, and serves on the USDF Freestyle Committee. She has competed through Grand Prix level, and is a USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist.
Musical freestyle seminar will include music, choreography and judging information. This program counts for USDF L Graduate continuing education. USEF Licensed Dressage Judges who attend will be eligible for the USEF Freestyle designation.
In the Ride-A-Test clinic riders can practice the test(s) of their choice from Intro through Grand Prix, After they ride the test, they, then, have a mini-lesson with Joan to improve elements from the test before riding it again.
