Mid-South Dressage Academy hosted its fifth in a series of six schooling shows on October 21, 2017 – this one with a Halloween theme. As always, riders were encouraged to ride their dressage tests in costume to add some fun and creativity to the show. This show was small – but spooktacular! Peggy Gaboury judged this “spirited” show. When riders halted at X to salute, was it appropriate for them to ask “trick or treat?”
The last schooling show of the season will be December 16, 2017 with, of course, a Christmas theme. Coming up is the USDF recognized Turkey Trot show, November 18-19, 2017.
