Trinity Farm in Lakeland, TN has acquired a new SureHands lift and ramp for use in their therapeutic horseback riding program. The lift enables staff members to safely help riders mount, those who find getting on the horse to be difficult, whether due to mobility or fear issues, or who were previously unable to ride because they could not be lifted on the horse from the ground.

Owner Poppy Doyle is pleased to expand their therapeutic riding program to help more people experience the joy and healing power of horses. The SureHands lift was made possible through assistance and funding by the Goddard Foundation, and the ramp's construction was sponsored by the ECHO Foundation.

On November 21, 2015 Trinity Farm hosted a dedication of the ramp and celebrated Barbara S. Moore’s first use of the lift and ramp. This was a fun time to thank all of the people who helped bring this helpful device to Trinity Farm. A sign at the farm thanks and recognizes the generous support of all the donors who helped make the ramp purchase. Find more information about SureHand lifts at: www.surehands.com.
