Finishing With A Win Jana Smith and TLC Bailey’s Irish Cream Endurance rider Jana Smith of Moscow, TN won the 25-mile ride at Stillwater, OK on her horse TLC Bailey’s Irish Cream. The 25-mile ride was part of the Arabian Horse Show Association’s National Distance Championships weekend, October 27-31. “The trail was really muddy,” Smith said. “I didn’t have a clue we would go as fast as we did. Bailey’s a real trooper! We finished in 3 hours, 13 minutes. It was the last ride for the season and we went out with a win!” The win was Bailey’s second this year. In May he won the 25-mile Blazing Saddles Ride in Laurel, MS and received the “best conditioned horse” award. Smith’s friend, Steffanie Waddington placed in the top ten on Smith’s other horse Silver Garnizon at that ride.
