PRCA Rodeo at the Mid-South Fair September 25 through October 4 The 153rd year of the Mid-South Fair was held this year at the DeSoto Civic Center in Southaven, Mississippi September 25 through October 4, 2009. One of the highlights of the fair, and always a crowd pleaser, was the PRCA Rodeo. Lecile Harris, four-time ProRodeo Clown of the Year who hails from Collierville, Tennessee, was there telling jokes so corny even the cows were groaning. The crowd was also treated to a demonstration by the Budweiser Clydesdales.
