New IBRA State Director for Tennessee Jamie White Jamie White of Cordova has been named IBRA state Director for Tennessee. He has been a member of the organization for the past four years. He says his goal is to help grow the membership and working to create an even better organization. “I enjoy meeting folks that race.” Jamie reports he started riding horses and running barrels when he was 7 or 8 years old. He is the Building Superintendent for the Agricenter ShowPlace Arena in Memphis.
