4-H Horse Project Winners Selected Awards Presented The State Winners were recently selected in the 4-H Horse Project at the Tennessee 4-H Roundup held at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Ben Walker of Sparta was selected as the Level I winner (9th and 10th Grades) and received the 4-H Horizon Award and a $500 Scholarship. Grant Monroe of Linden was selected as the Level II winner (11th and 12th Grades) and received an engraved Silver Bowl, the Ieula Lee Medallion, a $1000 Scholarship and a trip to National 4-H Congress to be held in Atlanta in November.
