Natural Horseman Dudley Mandy Native South African Dudley Mandy has relocated to Fayette County in West Tennessee as a result of Hurricane Katrina. His ability to communicate with animals was apparent at an early age. His method of working with horses will be featured in the Review next month. These two photos were taken as he was working with this horse in what he calls a play area he has constructed where much of his interaction with horses he is working with takes place.
