Newly Hooded Veterinarians

post-title
Dr. Monty McInturff and his wife Lisa are the proud parents of two veterinarian sons. The second weekend in May, weekend of the Iroquois Steeplechase, Dr. McInturff was at UT Vet School graduation for both of his boys. The Commencement Convocation and Hooding Ceremony for the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine's Class of 2017 was held Saturday, May 13, 2017.

Cason McInturff is his oldest son.  After graduation, he is moving back to Franklin, TN with his wife, Courtney, and their newborn son, Mac, for an internship at Tennessee Equine Hospital’s new small animal hospital, Berry Farms Animal Hospital.

Colton McInturff is his middle child (Dr. Monty also has a daughter, Claire, who is the youngest).  He will be moving to Colorado and doing a one year Sports Medicine Imaging Internship at Colorado State University (CSU), and from there going directly into a 3-year residency program at CSU for a Sports Medicine Specialty.

Dr. McInturff was able to perform the hooding ceremony for both Cason and Colton.
