Oaks Place Farm in New Albany, Mississippi, was established in 2020 and specializes in producing show-quality horses with a “rail to trail” mentality. Owner Bo Robbins carefully selects for movement, disposition, conformation, and color, building a breeding program designed to produce versatile horses with both presence and performance ability.

Today, Oaks Place Farm is home to 25 mares and four stallions representing exceptional bloodlines, including Honors, Jose Jose, I Am Jose, Lined With Cash, Jazzman, Perfect Hawk, Out On Parole, Spotted Alen Again, and What A Wolf. The program emphasizes proven genetics paired with correct structure and trainable temperaments.

Allante’s Class Act (“Bucky”)

Among the farm’s standout stallions is Allante’s Class Act, known as “Bucky,” a proven producer with remarkable offspring—several of whom hold World Champion and World Grand Champion titles with the Spotted Saddle Horse Breeders’ and Exhibitors’ Association (SSHBEA).

  • The Flash I Am

In 2025, Bucky’s offspring swept the World Grand Champion Weanling class, earning first, second, third, and sixth place—an impressive demonstration of consistency within his foal crops.

Allante’s Class Act carries homozygous color genetics (TTEEAACRCr), allowing him to produce guaranteed color. When crossed with a black- or red-based mare, he will produce tobiano buckskin or tobiano bay, making him a valuable addition to color-focused breeding programs.

Additional Stallion Offerings

Oaks Place Farm also offers limited breeding opportunities to:

  • Magic’s Apache Copy — homozygous black and homozygous tobiano.
  • Jackpot — homozygous tobiano and homozygous cream, guaranteed to produce tobiano buckskin or tobiano palomino when crossed with a black- or red-based mare.
  • They Call Me Aqua Man — homozygous roan and homozygous black, and eligible to be registered as a McCurdy Plantation Horse.
