West Tennessee Hunter Jumper Association (WTHJA) held its semi-annual schooling show on November 6, 2021 at the Germantown Charity Horse Show Arena in Germantown, Tenn. Beautiful weather – sunny with temperatures in the 60s – brought over 50 riders to get some show experience prior to the national-rated shows coming up. WTHJA had special thanks to judges Macy Wesson and Reagan Bugg and to many others who volunteered their services to the show.

Hunters Edge Stables had several riders to congratulate, including:
· Claire Gruen from Rhodes Equestrian and Bobba Fett, Champions of the Open Schooling 2’3” Hunters
· Lilly Cate Childers and Cash Flow, Champions of the Open Schooling 2’6 Hunters
· Lily Wells and Coolio Acris were Champions of the 3’0” Junior/Amateur Schooling Hunters
· Aly Porter and Al Copony were Reserve Champions in the Opportunity 2’3 Schooling Hunters
Jane Olsen and Oak Crest Farm congratulated their riders:
· First timers Marrin Treadwell and Gadget won a first in Beginner Trot Poles U/S, while sister Lanier Treadwell and Colonel (A La Mode) got two seconds in Beginner Trot Poles and Jr. Opportunity Cross Rails
· Jaelyn Miller and Brother Bear were Reserve Champion in Short/Long Stirrup, while her mom Jennifer Miller and Rockin La Bomba had great ribbons in Opportunity Schooling 2’0” division including first in the U/S.
Next for WTHJA: The Harvest Time show, Nov. 11-14, followed by the last show of the 2021 season, the Memphis Charity on Nov. 18-21. Full results of all shows are available at horseshowsonline.com.
