After having to cancel all its spring shows due to the COVID-19 pandemic, West Tennessee Hunter Jumper Association (WTHJA) finally got a break and was able to host its Fall Schooling Show on Saturday October 31, 2020 at the GCHS Arena, Germantown, TN. The show saw great weather and a good turnout of competitors.

Barney Mallace said the show had a good turnout, with almost 80 horses showing. Everyone had a positive attitude and the weather was just about perfect: sunny skies and 65 degrees by noon. WTHJA provided some nice prizes: grooming brushes and nice storage boxes to champions. Even though this was an outdoor show, everyone not mounted was wearing a mask and keeping a safe distance.

Barney and the staff expressed “great big Thank Yous to everyone who helped make it a success! Thank you to all our volunteers and especially Susan Davidoff for announcing all day long! [We are] grateful to Julie Lindow and Tara Williams for super jobs of judging, and to Santi and crew for keeping the show rolling. Hope everyone had a fun time and enjoyed the show!”
