December is the month for holiday parties, and many companies are eager to honor the clients they have served throughout the year. Tennessee Equine Hospital in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee hosted over 125 guests at its Holiday Barn Party on Friday December 8, 2017.
As guests enjoyed dinner, live music was provided by The Frank Hurd Band. Hurd is originally from Rhode Island, now based in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to great food and live music, there was also an educational component. Dr. Mike Caruso spoke to about 50 people in a seminar on equine lameness and the various diagnostics and treatments available. [see the Mid-South Horse Review, Dec. 2017 issue for similar information]
The new Berry Farms Animal Hospital, in Franklin, Tennessee, the small animal “version” of Tennessee Equine Hospital, held an Open House and Holiday Party on December 15, 2007. The day’s highlight was pictures with Santa.
The full Animal Hospital, Pet Spa and Boutique opened in September 2017. Veterinarians at Berry Farms are Mitch McKee, DVM, CVA, CVCH, CVFT and Carson McInturff, DVM, son of Dr. Monty McInturff.
