Mid-South Dressage Academy hosted its first spring schooling show on March 11, 2017 – the Harry Potter Schooling Show. Judge was Amanda Bailey of Jonesboro, Arkansas (L Graduate with Distinction). Amanda got into the theme of the show and came dressed in her robe, complete with wand and owl. Some riders dressed the part, too.
Elizabeth Clifton observed that it was a “big show! Every stall was full; every room was full; we were bursting at the seams! The show went on all day, with 7 hours of riding tests and at least 30 entries. We had 28 guest horses and a big group from River City Training Stables in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. The weather was good and the show was a great success!”
