Horsmania Camp and stables held its spring break camp April 22 and 23 2011 at Coyote Run Arena in Mason Tn. Ten students participated in the Spring Break camp. HSH certified instructor Terri Draper holds several camps throughout the year, fall break, spring break and a summer camp. The summer camp also has overnight camp available as well as the day camp. Terri provides the horses, many of whom are rescue animals that did not have a place to live. “These rescue horses are now making a lot of children very happy” Terri said. The students learn equine safety, grooming, saddling and beginner western riding. Although this spring break camp had only beginners the summer camp also has intermediate riding where the students get a chance to start barrel racing.
