Newbern Saddle Club Year End Awards Ceremony Tuesday December 8th, the Newbern, TN Saddle Club, the oldest Saddle Club in West Tennessee, held the annual Christmas Dinner and Awards Ceremony. Each year the club sponsors games each Saturday night and the contestants compete for points throughout the riding season. At the end of the year, points are calculated and awards are given to the top five contestants with the most points. The games are Barrels, Poles, and Speed, with kiddie, youth and adult categories in each.
