Tennessee Junior Rodeo Queen Contest August 29 and 30 By Nancy McKenzie The 2009 Tennessee Junior Rodeo Finals were held at University of Tennessee, Martin Ag Pavilion August 29 and 30. The crowning of the 2010 Queen was a highlight of the rodeo. The contestants competed during the two-day rodeo for the title. They were required to give a prepared speech, then answer impromptu questions about topics ranging from current events to basic rodeo knowledge. They competed in modeling, displaying proper rodeo dress and conduct. Their final event was horsemanship competition in which they were judged on their horsemanship skills. The new 2010 TN Jr. Rodeo Queen is Miss Natalie Lindsey from Humbolt, TN. She is the daughter of Keith and Robin Lindsey.
