Mississippi 4-H Champions Harley Jade Reeves and Dynos Bright I Bambi Harley Jade Reeves and Dynos Bright I Bambi are the 2009 Mississippi District and State 4-H Champions and Grand Champions in the Registered Appaloosa Mare Halter Class. They are also High Point Champions in the Golden Triangle Horse Association in Youth Halter and Reserve Champion Aged Halter and in Barrel Racing for 2009. Harley is in the 10th grade at Hamilton, MS High School and is the daughter of Felicia and Tony Bailey.
