NBHA MS01 District 2008 Year End Winners National Barrel Horse Association (NBHA) District MS01 announces the 2008 Year End Winners. The district has 129 members and Sherri Surman is the District Director. Many thanks go to staff members Kathy Scruggs and Bonita Chenault and to Larry Pace, who worked the gate all year long.
