Horses & People From Page 1 Of Our Print Edition (left) Wins $100,000 On This Run In Memphis: Leslie Willis of Chester, South Carolina on Hesa Dashing Boone, won the Champion of Champions barrel race held in Memphis on Dec.1 at the Agricenter Show Place Arena. 50 horses competed in the event which had an entry fee of $5,000 and a $100,000 payout to the winner. The winning run was completed in a time of 15.106 seconds. Another $100,000 was divided between the next five fastest contestants. (center)Herbert Seiberl, Bereiter from the Spanish Riding School of Vienna,Austria will present a dressage clinic at Clifton Farms in Hernando, Miss. The Mid-South Dressage Academy is presenting the three day event which begins Jan. 17. Seiberl will be instructing riders and horses from Training Level to Gran Prix.
