For the past three years Michele has worked as an assistant trainer with Ally Rogers at Massar Stables in Arlington, Tenn. She is a graduate of Lake Erie College with a B.S. in Equestrian Education with emphasis on teacher/trainer and facilities management. Michele is currently serving as President of the Delta Dressage Association. She is a USDF Bronze and Silver Medalist.
